[LCC] SO2R mike switch

I used a specially designed SO2R box, the MicroHam MK2R+   Previously, I
used a DX Doubler by Top Ten devices.

Both these devices run in either manual or automatic mode.  Automatic mode
is controlled by the logging software/computer and switches accordingly.
