[LCC] Preliminary results of the July 2011 NAQP RTTY contest

Congratulations to Don and Earl for the apparent 1st and 7th place finishes 
in the July NAQP RTTY contest(the results still say "preliminary"). Also 
congrats to the team of AA5AU,N5ZM,K4WW,N5RN,NX8G , who came together to 
put the Louisiana Contest Club at the top of the team scores category. Way 
to go, guys!
