[LCC] n1mm for LAQP

Hi Guys,
Ok, I know its late, but has anybody else found any issues with N1MM for
the LAQP (Louisiana QSO Party) this year? I am on ver 10.12.?
1. For IN-state entries, it does NOT count parishes as mults. Rule 5.2.2
shows that for LA stations, mults are parishes, states(other than LA),
provinces and dxcc.
2. It counts CW qso's for 3 points, rather than 4 (rule 5.1).
3. It counts mults only once, when rule 5.2 states that they count per
band/mode. Further stated in rule 6.1 - Multipliers; CW/Phone QSO's count
as separate multipliers.
4. Since it doesn't count parishes at all, once that is working, need to
make sure that they also count per band/mode.
5. I have not tried "out of state", but guess that needs to be checked as well.
