The difference is how you compose the message.  HTML messages (which allow
for the different size fonts you have in your original 3 messages, and the
blue color that Roland has in his), will produce the attachment, which is
the footer on the message saying its from the LCC reflector.  Notice on your
4th message Jim, that you have the footer intact, because that message was
sent in plain text.  Change your message from HTML to Plain Text in Outlook
and the footer will show at the bottom of the message instead of as an
attachment.
