Postage rates went up on May 11th and Paul K0JPL extracted the necessary 
info that hams care about from a US Postal Service bulletin: 

* Letter (1 oz) 44¢ (2 oz) 61¢ (3 oz) 78¢
* Postcard (QSL) 28¢ (QSL to VE) 75¢ (QSL to XE) 79¢
 
* Priority Mail $4.95 
* For all overseas locations not listed above - 98¢
