Comments: A low dipole in the deep gulf south just doesn't hear a bunch of
DX, but does hear a lot of static and lightning crashes. It did provide for
a few short runs which is always nice. Been spending time improving
tower/antenna for high band, and the lack of work on low band showed. Still
was able to more than double last year's QSO count, so the info learned at
CTU /contest suite, plus the incentive of the LCC IS paying off.
