[LCC] LCC NAQP RTTY Team

It's very likely I will not be able to participate in NAQP RTTY this time.  If I do get a chance, it will be a last minute decision.

One half of the station is disconnected and boxed.  The other half will be disconnected and boxed as soon as a restoration company is secured to decontaminate the house after a bad experience with a carpet cleaning company that overused chemicals in the carpet and made us sick.  This was three months ago!
