[LCC] time for us (LCC) to sponsor a Plaque ????????

[Steve Lott]

I just donated $15 via PayPal to the LCC please ear mark this amount towards
a Plaque donation (contribution) for LCC plaque donation for a CQ WPX CW
2009

I prefer USA 3.5 If that plaque still needs a donation other wise any other
choice is fine by me
